SikaTop® Seal-107 Component B is the cementitious powder element of the two-component SikaTop® Seal-107 waterproofing system. Designed to be mixed with Component A (polymer liquid), it creates a flexible, high-performance waterproofing slurry suitable for protecting concrete and masonry structures from water ingress.

The formulation provides excellent adhesion, durability, and resistance to hydrostatic pressure when combined with the liquid component. It is widely used in structural waterproofing applications such as basements, foundations, water tanks, reservoirs, terraces, bathrooms, and retaining walls.
